Q: I received the message "Access is denied." What is wrong?
A: Please contact the Service Desk. Your account needs to be modified before you can use the system.

Q: I received the message "An error occurred when verifying security for the message." What is wrong?
A: This message is received when a backslash "\" is entered in the username. (i.e. corp\username) To correct this, only enter your username in this field.

Q: I received the message "There is no enrollment policy configured for you. Please contact an administrator to be able to use this service." What is wrong?
A: The application has not been enabled for your account. In most cases, your department or group has not been enabled. If you believe this is incorrect, please contact the Service Desk. Once enabled, you will receive an automated message with enrollment instructions.
